Errors

Every error is a JSON object with a single error string, written to be shown to a person.

Status	Meaning
`200`	Success, or `POST /api/v1/tags` found an existing tag with that name
`201 Created`	The tag was created
`400 Bad Request`	A missing or invalid field
`401 Unauthorized`	Missing, malformed, expired, or revoked API key
`403 Forbidden`	The key lacks `read:tags` (for `GET`) or `write:tags` (everything else)
`404 Not Found`	A tag or record ID that is not in this workspace
`409 Conflict`	A rename to a name another tag already has
`429 Too Many Requests`	Rate limit exceeded. See the `Retry-After` header
