Sales pipeline software that matches how you actually sell
A pipeline is a set of stages you define. Deals move between them, carry the contact and company they belong to, and can have a quote attached rather than sitting in a separate document.
Stages you define
A pipeline is its own list of stages, so a new business pipeline and a renewals pipeline do not have to share a single set of steps that fits neither one well. Every deal belongs to a pipeline and sits in one stage of it at a time, and moving it between stages is the basic act of working the pipeline day to day.
Deals connect to the rest of the record
A deal links to the contact and company it belongs to, so opening a deal gives you the same timeline of emails, notes and tasks you would see on the contact record itself, rather than a card with a dollar figure and nothing behind it.
Quotes attach to the deal
A quote built from your offerings catalogue attaches to the deal it was written for, so the numbers a deal is worth and the quote that produced them stay next to each other instead of drifting apart in separate tools.
Reporting on the pipeline
Because every deal carries its stage, pipeline and value, a report can be pulled across the whole pipeline at any time rather than assembled by hand at the end of the month. The same report is available to Claude or ChatGPT through the MCP connector, so asking “what does the pipeline look like this week” gets a real answer, not a guess.
Stage changes can also trigger automation, so a deal reaching a stage can create a follow-up task without anyone having to remember to add one.
