For wholesale distributors

A CRM for wholesale distributors built around a real catalogue

A catalogue that holds an actual price and unit, quotes pulled straight from it, and a way to find which contacts are likely to want a given offering before you spend a morning emailing all of them by hand.

01

A catalogue, not a list of product names

Offeringshold a price and a unit alongside the name, organised into categories. That’s the difference between a spreadsheet a rep has to keep updated in their head and a record every quote can pull from directly.

A quote is built from those offerings line by line, so the price on a buyer’s quote is the price in the catalogue at the moment you quoted it, not whatever a rep remembers from last quarter.

02

Finding who actually wants an offering

Rather than emailing your whole contact list every time you have surplus stock or a new line, you can match a specific offering against your contacts and get back the ones most likely to want it, based on what’s already recorded about them. It narrows the list; it doesn’t replace your judgment on it.

03

Outreach drafted for a batch, sent by a person

Once you have that shortlist, outreach can be drafted for the batch instead of written one email at a time. Every one of those drafts still goes through the same rule as the rest of the MCP connector: writes are confirmation-gated, and an outbound email is always saved as a draft for a person to read and approve before it sends. Nothing goes out from a list on its own.

04

Tracking the deal after the quote goes out

A quote sits on a deallike anything else, moving through the stages you’ve set up for your sales process. When the buyer replies, it lands in the same shared inbox as everything else, so a follow-up doesn’t depend on whoever sent the original quote still being at their desk.

Common questions

Can the catalogue hold a price per unit, not just a product name?
Yes. Each offering carries a price and a unit, so a quote line reads "$14.50 per case" rather than a bare name a rep has to remember the terms for.
How does matching an offering to contacts work?
You point it at an offering and it looks across your contacts for the ones likely to want it, based on what's already in their records. It's a starting list for a rep to review, not an automatic send.
Does bulk outreach send on its own?
No. Drafts are generated for a batch of contacts, but every send is confirmation-gated and outbound email is always saved as a draft first. A person reads and approves before anything reaches a buyer's inbox.
Can we quote the same offering differently for different buyers?
A quote is built from your catalogue at the time you create it, so you can adjust a line for a specific buyer without changing the catalogue price everyone else sees.
