For small teams

A CRM for small teams that stays free while you're small

Two seats, 5,000 records and the full app cost nothing, forever. The AI work runs through Claude or ChatGPT, which you're probably already paying for, so there's no separate AI bill to justify before you've even closed a deal.

01

Free forever for 2 seats, not free for a fortnight

The free plan covers 2 seats, 5,000 contacts and leads, and 25 AI actions a month, with no credit card and no expiry date. It’s the same contacts, leads, companies, deals, pipelines, tasks and notes as the paid plan, not a stripped-down preview of it.

If you outgrow it, Pro is $29 per seat a month, billed only for the seats you actually use.

02

The AI work happens in the assistant you already pay for

The MCP connectorconnects your CRM to Claude or ChatGPT over OAuth. Once it’s linked, the assistant can search your records, draft outreach, log a conversation and report on the pipeline, using the subscription you already have open in another tab. Reads are open; every write is confirmation-gated, and an outbound email is always saved as a draft for a person to approve. There’s no delete tool at all.

That’s why the connector is unlimited on the free plan. The model doing the thinking is theirs; our server is just reading and writing your data when it’s asked to.

03

One person doesn’t have to be the whole system

A small team often runs sales, support and scheduling out of one or two inboxes and a calendar nobody trusts. The shared team inbox puts incoming mail in one queue that anyone can pick up, assign or snooze, instead of a client email sitting unread in whoever happened to reply last time.

Booking linkslet a prospect put themselves on your real calendar, buffers and all, without a round of “does Tuesday work“ emails. Workflow automation can round-robin a new lead between whoever is free, so growth doesn’t depend on one person remembering to check the pipeline every morning.

04

A brief before you call, not a wall of history to scroll

Agent Briefreads a contact’s timeline, roughly the last fifty messages, and returns a summary, an engagement score out of 100, a recommended next action and a draft reply. On a small team where nobody has a dedicated ops person reading every thread, that’s the difference between calling someone cold and calling them prepared.

Common questions

Is the free plan really free, or a trial?
It's permanent: 2 seats, 5,000 contacts and leads, 25 AI actions a month, and an unlimited Claude and ChatGPT connector. No card, no countdown, no feature that switches off after two weeks.
We don't have a separate AI budget. How does the connector cost nothing extra?
Because the thinking happens on the Claude or ChatGPT subscription you already have open. Our server just reads and writes your records when the assistant calls a tool. The 25 monthly AI actions on the free plan cover the things we run on our own models instead: agent briefs, outreach drafts, and offering matches.
What happens when we outgrow 2 seats or 5,000 records?
Nothing breaks. You can still read, edit and email everything you already have. You just can't add a 3rd seat or a 5,001st record until you upgrade to Pro, at $29 per seat per month, or remove some.
Do we need someone technical to run this?
No. Booking links, the shared inbox and workflow automation are set up from the app itself. The MCP connector is the one piece that involves a bit of setup: connecting Claude or ChatGPT once, in your browser, with OAuth.
