Is the free plan a trial?
No. The free plan is permanent: 2 seats, 5,000 contacts and leads, and an unlimited Claude and ChatGPT connector, with no countdown and no card. Nothing switches off after a fortnight.
Why is the AI connector unlimited on the free plan?
Because it costs us almost nothing. When you drive the CRM from Claude or ChatGPT, the model doing the thinking is theirs and your own subscription pays for it — our server just reads and writes your records. The 25 monthly AI actions cover the things we run on our own models: agent briefs, outreach drafts, and offering matches.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Only new growth stops. At 5,000 records you can still read, edit, email and delete everything you have — you just cannot add the 5,001st until you upgrade or remove some. Your workspace is never made read-only.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You drop back to the free plan and keep every record. Anything above the free limits stays fully usable and editable; you simply cannot add more until you are back under the cap. We never delete your data or lock you out of it.
How does per-seat billing work?
Pro is $29 per active seat per month. Deactivated members do not count, and the amount adjusts automatically as people join or leave, so you are never billed for a seat nobody is using.
