Quoting software built on one shared catalogue
An offering is a service or product with a price, entered once. A quote is a set of offerings put together for a specific deal, with a status you track from draft through to accepted.
One catalogue, not a price sheet per rep
Offerings live in a shared catalogue for the workspace, each with its own name, description and price. Enter a price once and every quote built from that offering uses it, rather than each rep keeping their own copy of a spreadsheet that drifts out of date.
A quote is built from the catalogue
Building a quote means picking offerings out of the catalogue and attaching them to the deal it is for, so the quote and the deal it supports sit next to each other rather than in separate tools that have to be kept in sync by hand.
Status you can see across every deal
A quote carries a status as it moves from a draft to something sent, and on to accepted or declined. Because that status lives on the same record as the deal, it shows up in a pipeline report without anyone having to reconcile two systems, and it is readable through the MCP connector the same way any other CRM record is.
