For consultants

A CRM for consultants who bill by the call, not by the seat

A booking page that lets a client put themselves on your real calendar, a brief waiting for you before you pick up, and notes and a timeline that remember what you told each other last time.

01

A booking link instead of a scheduling email chain

Booking links give each client a page at your own URL to book a call directly. It reads your connected Google or Outlook calendar for real busy time, applies your buffers and minimum notice, and can cap how many meetings land on one day. When you or the client reschedule, the calendar invite updates in place rather than leaving a stale one behind.

A booking becomes a meeting task on the client’s record automatically, so it’s already sitting in their history by the time the call happens.

02

A brief waiting for you before the call starts

Agent Briefreads what’s on a client’s timeline and hands back a summary, an engagement score out of 100, a recommended next action and a draft reply. It’s the difference between opening a call by asking “remind me where we left off” and opening it already knowing.

03

Notes and a timeline that don’t reset between engagements

Every call, note and email sits on one contact record in order, so a client you worked with in the spring and return to in the autumn still has their whole history intact, custom fields and tags included, rather than starting the relationship over from a blank page.

04

Drafting the follow-up where you already work

The MCP connectorputs the same records in Claude or ChatGPT, so you can ask the assistant to draft a follow-up right after a call without opening another tab. Every send is still held as a draft for you to read and approve, and there’s no delete tool the assistant can reach for.

Common questions

Can a client book directly onto my real calendar?
Yes. Your booking page reads your actual Google or Outlook calendar, honours your working hours, buffers and minimum notice, and respects a daily cap on meetings if you set one. A client only ever sees times that are genuinely free.
What happens if a client reschedules?
The calendar invite updates rather than duplicating. The .ics invitation carries the same meeting identity and a version number that increases on change, so the new time replaces the old one in their calendar instead of sitting alongside it.
Does the brief work from just the last email, or the whole history?
The whole recent history. Agent Brief reads a contact's timeline, roughly the last fifty communications, and returns a summary, an engagement score, a recommended next action and a draft reply, so you're not scrolling back through months of notes five minutes before the call.
Can I keep my own notes separate from what a client sees?
Notes and the timeline are internal to your workspace. Nothing you write there is sent to a client or exposed through the booking page.
